So far this year, overall home sales were at 58 homes sold, a -16% change from this time last year. New Celina Texas Real Estate listings changed 63% for the same period last year with 31 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 21% change with 134 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 23%, with 16 homes contracted.
