So far this year, overall home sales were at 1,625 homes sold, a 24.5% change from this time last year. New Frisco Texas Real Estate listings changed 21% for the same period last year with 557 homes listed this month. So far this year, overall home listings underwent a 14% change with 2,367 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 28%, with 454 homes contracted.
