Here are some simple Feng Shui tips to help bring new found awareness about the environment that supports you:
- I know many like to keep shoes under their bed or around the front entrance. Do your best to keep them in the closet. feng Shui sees shoes under the bed being connected to the energy of people walking all over you or taking advantage. Having too many shoes by the front door can also promote that type of energy. Take the time to be aware of this and if you notice that mirroring in your life, simply make a shift.
- Allow daily fresh air and sunlight into your home. This is called, Letting the outside in, in feng Shui. The energy of the sun is all about healing and rejuvenation.
- Do your best to keep any electoral magnetic appliances out of your bedroom when you sleep. Because we are beings of energy, that means we are very sensitive to electoral appliances. For example if you work at a computer all day and notice a head ache start to develop or you feel drained and tired, that is EME penetrating into your energy field. The same concept takes place when you sleep and can disrupt your sleeping pattern. It's best to simply keep them away from the tranquil environment of your bedroom.
