Who is to Blame?

By
Real Estate Agent with Wayne M Martin

Do you ever look at the success of someone else and conclude that they just must be lucky? Do you get a bit jealous? Are there really lucky people or are they deep thinkers and hard workers? Who is to blame?

When you have these thoughts about another person, remember this: "The primary difference between you and those "lucky people" is simply this: They did what they did and you did what you did. You just settled too early and too cheaply!" Now think it through and get back to work! Enjoy your day!

If they won the lottery, they may have been lucky.  If they inherited a lot of money, they may have been lucky.  Rarely have I ever seen a successful businessperson that was lucky, most often smart and a hard worker.

Hi Wayne,

In most cases you are right. But when the forces of "activities beyond the control of ones self" Like getting into a activity that is "immoral or better yet illegal",  Say "kick backs". I will not do so. I am what I am. Till someones firm gets sued and they loose the battle in court. They will continue to have their little Click.

I would rather be unemployed than to stoop to the level of having to give money for work.

Get where I'm going with this?

Have a wonderful day in Fort Myers my good friend.

Best, Clint McKie

Good morning Wayne -

I've been working hard on this one.  I look around at Realtors that seem to be flooded with work that don't market as strongly as I do and don't answer there phones as long as I and take time off to play golf and socialize and wonder why feeling a twang of jealousy.  Then I remember we all do it differently and I continue to walk my own path.
