Good news to share and hope for our future - the short sale Realtor's future, that is!
I just submitted a sales contract to a lender Monday, they downloaded the short sales package with sales contract today, told me today that they would order the BPO and I just got off the phone with the BPO agent who is doing an interior tomorrow in the a.m. Now that's what I call progress. I'm wondering if this is an indication of what this approval process will be like? I sure hope so.
We hear so much about the unresponsive lenders that the responsive lenders seem to be far and few between. I think they are really getting the hang of the short sale. Who else is having some good starts out here on AR? What lenders do you feel are proactive? Thank goodness for progress! Hopefully, Ill continue to post positive steps to share
