Does it seem to work better on listings or just as good for any blog post?
If it works better one way or the other is it because of keywords in your post matching the search term?

John, it's all about targeting the keywords you want. It works as well for blog posts as it does for listings. I am thrilled with AR and the results I am able to garner. A lot of it has to do with how much competition you have for those keywords. If you're trying to get buyers for homes in Phoenix your going to have a lot of competition. If your trying to get people to find your post about a certain neighborhood you will get a more targeted audience.
