Harbour Watch at Pointe Alexis is located in close proximity to downtown Tarpon Springs which is a lovely area of historic homes and, of course, one of my special places, the Sponge Docks. Howard Park and Beach and Sunset Beach are close by too.
The homes are custom-built and run up to approximately 5,000 sf. HOA Fees are $245.00 and include the clubhouse, pool, hot tub, dock and fishing pier, playground, tennis, and the community has a guard at the gate.
There are currently (as of June 28, 2013):
8 homes active on the Market in Harbour Watch at Point Alexis ranging in asking price from $1,129,000 (4,455 sf) to $399,900 (2,094 sf).
Sold homes since 10/1/12 total 7 ranging from $900,000 (4,257 sf) down to $215,000 (2,312 sf). The homes located on the inner circles are not on the water which accounts for the large differences in prices.
