Here we go again, hold on to your hat, the roller coaster is about to start.
It is a known fact that if you do not learn a lesson from a mistake you made, you are doomed to repeat it. Are we in fact seeing a housing bubble starting to form? Yes it is a little harder to qualify for a loan this time, however I am seeing non-conforming loans being advertised again.
I am seeing appraisers using comps outside of the community of the subject property just to meet the contract offered price. I am seeing a low inventory of homes for sale, and the scary part I am seeing homes being sold way above market price. Buyers are finding it hard to find a home, and Sellers are waiting from prices to skyrocket before they list.
Hmmm, is the saying "once burned, twice shy" meaningless?
