KEEPING THE DEAL IN THE PIPELINE

What is it about the pipeline? Deals are difficult to get into the Pipeline and easily fall out. After putting all the hard work into getting a deal in the pipeline, how can you keep it there and push it all the way to the closing table?

 

1. Keep clear and constant communication going in every direction: Title, Client, other brokerage, lenders. 

2.When you get bad news, take time to learn everything you can about the situation and then report it to your everyone that needs to know. Be prepared to offer solutions you discovered from your research.

3. Help your clients keep clear focus between their emotions and the facts. 

4. Be helpful to everyone involved in the deal.

Alan, The fallout rate has sure increased in the last couple of years. It is not sold until it is closed.
