Jeff,
I've heard that Greensboro and most of North Carolina is great country. I'd love to get out there some time. I've heard that your growth rate is incredible. I know you guys stole a congressional seat we were supposed to gain in the US House of representatives!
Take care
Karl
Nice post, Jeff. Great information. Would love to see some more pics of the area. I know little about that area and this was helpful.
Jeff
Hi Jeff, whats the condo market like in Greensboro? How many develeopments are up and will be going up in the next 18 months? This may be a market condoDomain.com enters in 2007.
Wow...another great local post. I am embarassed by mine. I have to get working on them....
Great blog.....Awesome. It was very informative!
A place blogger...whodathunkit?
I like your link to Trulia's heat map; it drives the affordabilty factor home. A "mash-up" post?
Primary education low, secondary education excellent. Hmmm...so North Carolina is a net importer of talent? I imagine that will change as the "talent" ages and has children.
Jeff,

Thx to everyone! NC is becoming the 2nd home capital of the east coast....
Jeff D...More pix to come...
Nick...Gboro would be a great place for Condo Domain...The city center is getting ready to sprout new builds and undertake some very large conversions (from Office to Condo)...
Brian...You're correct, many transplants from the N. East and Florida...Raising primary education levels is a big initiative with the new lottery, providing an xtra $425M to their budget. A place blogger...I conformed ;)
