Selling in North Sacramento and Buying at the Same Time in Elk Grove

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

Every once in a while, I get a superwoman story to blog about. A heart-warming story that tends to restore any lost faith in Sacramento real estate agents -- lost faith that a person might not have realized was misplaced until a person went looking for it.

There are many reasons why some agents prefer to work with home buyers, and while other agents like to work solely with sellers. In fact, most of the time, this Sacramento real estate agent works only with sellers by listing and selling their homes in the four-county area of Sacramento. But every so often, I run into a home buyer whom I instinctively realize I need to take under my wing if he stands a chance in hell of buying. You real estate agents know what I'm talking about.

This is one of those stories.

Congratulations on the successful close yesterday. It provided a great story.  You know what some agents say about escrows, they're a little like plane crashes, anytime you can walk away from one with most your body parts it's a good one:-)  However, I believe if you have a good pilot, you might avoid some of those plane crashes outright!
