So often in our diet and exercise advice world we think THAT along with physical check ups we are good to go as far as taking care of ourselves. But what about SLEEP?
Don't Underrate A Good Night's Sleep.
Find out what is a solid amount for you to be refreshed and try best as you can to head off to slumber land about the same time each night. Unplug all your Internet toys and television at least a half hour prior to bed to get your brain out of that HIGH LEVEL THINKING MODE. Don't drink excessive liquids an hour before bed either. Good night time exercise and / or a warm shower or bath helps with making you nod off fast too. If a third of our life is asleep to recharge those batteries, make sure you are recharging them well with the right temperature room, plenty of darkness and quiet, and a regular time to hit the hay. You'll be glad for the sleep when you are back at it in the morning.
