I have often thought this but had not said or written about it. Truly, there is no way a sale or listing could make it from point A to point B without a village of people to help. This really becomes obvious right around a big Holiday like the one coming up. Try to get something done when everyone is leaving town. Uh huh!

There's been some talk recently about whether being a Big Real Estate Team is better or worse than being a sole real estate agent on a transaction.
Without bashing either angle, here's my view:
I work as a single agent, but believe it or not, I have a TEAM.
There's no way to get a real estate transaction done, from start to finish, alone. It's impossible!
We need help from a lot of people, including the agent on the other side.
Here's a few more people that are on my TEAM:
- My Broker
- My Office Manager
- The various secretaries that help out with things here and there in my office
- The Title Company
- The Home and/or City Inspectors
- Home Warranty Companies
- Insurance Agents
- Contractors
- What about a Mortgage Professional? Wouldn't you like one on your Team?
This list can go on and on.
