Update on my new listing at 10331 Tennessee in Westwood

I had my first open house for my new listing on Sunday February 10th. It was a great turnout with approx. 50 different groups coming through. Between last week and this week, there seems to be a big buzz around Westwood and people are actively looking to buy.  The market has been pretty busy in the single family homes department with many homes going into escrow in the first few weeks of hitting the market. And the good news is, this house will be no different. We are now in contract as of this evening, February 12th. The house was only on the market for 3 days until we had an offer. That was the first time I showed the house as well. I will still have the house open this Sunday February 17th from 1-4pm. The seller is opting to entertain a backup offer, if for any reason the current buyer backs out. So, this Sunday from 1-4pm I will be open if you want to stop by.
