The first half of 2013 has been a busy Real Estate Market for Lake County.
- There are currently 1329 Houses up for sale in all of the cities in Lake County
- 947 Homes have sold in the cities of Lake County
- Currently there are 249 Homes under contract which shows continued activity for Lake County Real Estate
While an increase in activity has been seen in Lake County Real Estate, home sales are still not a slam dunk. Home Seller's in Lake County still need to be deligent in presentation and pricing strategy.
Looking at the chart above, we can see that over half of the homes for sale in Lake County are still taking over 2 months to sell with many taking over 4 months to sell. The houses that are selling in 60 days or less in Lake County are the homes that are market ready.
