Does Facebook work for getting new clients? YES! 
I received this email this morning... and wanted to share it with those of you that are wondering if Facebook will help you get new clients. This lady just emailed me and asked me to help her son-- and the only way she knows me is through our interaction on Facebook.

My name is Gxxx Rxxxxxx, you don't really know me but I have been enjoying your postings on Facebook for some time.
The reason I'm writing you is that I have a son that has recently moved back here to the desert from the state of Washington. He lives in La Quinta and works at the Costco in Palm Desert and has been looking for a house to buy but doesn't have a real estate agent. He is only 28 years old and this would be his first home. He has already been pre approved or pre qualified (I'm not sure which) for a loan thru Wells Fargo.
I wasn't sure if you have handle just a specific type of client or if would be interested in being his real estate agent? Let me know, give me a call when you have a moment.
