Wow did some research and it looks like an incredible project. Definitly headed down for the weekend to check it out.

I have such nice memories of Port O'Conner as a small child. My parents always had a fishing shack somewhere. In fact, every time I smell the old Herbal Essence Shampoo, I am transported back to the used metal Army bunk (complete with itchy green Army blanket) On the screened in porch overlooking the bay. I could smell the coffee and biscuits from the tiny kitchen and just see the pink light of dawn peeking over the bay. It was spectacular, warm and safe.

It's unfortunate this out of state developer is ruining a wonderful part of OUR Texas coast.
