One of the benefits to having a birthday on July 4th? You get a day off!! In my markets of Plymouth & Cape Cod, most sellers slow their showings over this hoiliday as people, renters, tenants want to celebrate without interruption.
So I'm unplugging, not showing properties and heading to a great beach with family till Saturday. I will work hard at not feeling guilty but not too hard.
I may not logon to AR. And I will miss out on points, blogs and great comments.
