I have noticed a slight twist in the Sacramento real estate market lately. Maybe it's because there seems to be two distinct caliber types who are searching the internet for a Sacramento REALTOR® to sell a home. I tend to get the sellers who are eager to receive information, learn about the market and what I can do for them, or else I get the type of sellers who think they know everything, hate the fact they have to call a REALTOR® and are snotty as all get-out.
