Not All REALTORS are Slimy Like the C.A.R. Ad Campaign

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

sacramento realtorsI have noticed a slight twist in the Sacramento real estate market lately. Maybe it's because there seems to be two distinct caliber types who are searching the internet for a Sacramento REALTOR® to sell a home. I tend to get the sellers who are eager to receive information, learn about the market and what I can do for them, or else I get the type of sellers who think they know everything, hate the fact they have to call a REALTOR® and are snotty as all get-out.

Makes you wonder what's going on? Are the rising prices in this seller's market bringing out the worst in people? What's the deal? Read more in my professional blog on my business website today about Is a Sacramento REALTOR® a Necessary Evil?

Oh, and let me add a P.S. to the California Association of REALTORS® -- shame on you for that sleazy mail campaign against Perez. I'm mortified that my dues go to pay for that kind of below-the-belt tactics.

It's funny, why do Real Estate Agents get such a bad rap? Most practitioners out there are honest , trustworthy and knowledgeable with a wealth of knowledge and always ready to go the extra mile for their clients. What is the answer? Just keep working at improving every day.

Oh wow Elizabeth, I must have missed this ad campaign.  I will say this, I always wonder just exactly WHAT our dues are paying for.

Morning Elizabeth for some it is nothing but greed that motivates the seller.  Have a great day.  :)

Sometimes I think potential buyers and sellers are armed with just enough information to be dangerous.  And, if they are getting that information off the internet, it sometimes is dangerous!  I didn't see the CAR ad campaign.

WOW and here I was thinking it was Buyers and it was Mercury in Retrograde causing the misshaps.  Seems as though the other side of the coin is the know-it-all buyers who are rude, etc., etc.
