The Deerfield Beach Real Estate Market continues to show low inventory. In my opinion, the market has turned from a buyer's market into a seller's market. If you are considering finding a home, you can still find deals on a house in Deerfield Beach but having a good real estate agent who understand the market is a must. Don't wait on the sidelines for too long; many of our listings are starting to sell within a few days of hitting the market. As you can see from the numbers below, listings are not selling exactly for asking price. In some cases, when homes are priced right, we end up in a multiple offer situation.
