The Deerfield Beach Real Estate Market continues to show low inventory.  In my opinion, the market has turned from a buyer's market into a seller's market.  If you are considering finding a home, you can still find deals on a house in Deerfield Beach but having a good real estate agent who understand the market is a must.  Don't wait on the sidelines for too long; many of our listings are starting to sell within a few days of hitting the market.  As you can see from the numbers below, listings are not selling exactly for asking price.  In some cases, when homes are priced right, we end up in a multiple offer situation.  To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the home on which you are making an offer.

 

If you are interested in current inventory in Deerfield Beach, as of April 30, 2013, there were 32 active listings for sale.  Low inventory continues to be the trend in Deerfield Beach.  There were 58 Contingent Sales meaning they were under contract but not all conditions of the contracts had been yet met and there were 118 pending sales waiting to close.

Hi Elyse: So, are you saying that on average listings are selling for 6% less than list price? That would be good for buyers, then, right?
