With over 5000 homes currently, and more planned by Del Webb/Pulte this burgeoning community is growing as fast as the developer can build. With a location equidistant to Savannah, Beaufort, and to Hilton Head, Sun City is definitely a roaring lion. Its over 400 clubs, 3 pools, 2 golf courses, makes the active Sun City lifestyle highly desirable. Many residents participate in the national Senior Olympics and the softball teams have won regional championships.

At the moment there are only 85 homes on the market with an average list price of $259,343. This drives traffic to new home construction which too is booming in Sun City.
