The Spring Creek Subdivision dates back to the early 1990's and is located next to the Blackhawk Station development and just north of Interstate 80 in the Kimball Junction area of Park City.
Spring Creek is bordered on the North by the Swaner Preserve and there is a scenic creek that runs right by the development giving the homes on the creek a measure of solitude and providing the type of back drop that can usually be found only in much pricier developments.
It is just a short walk or bike ride to the many stores, shops and restaurants in the Kimball Junction and Redstone areas and just 2 minutes from the freeway with direct access to the Salt Lake Valley just 20 minutes away, making this an ideal location for Salt Lake City commuters who prefer the clean mountain air and environment in Park City to raise their kids.
There are a wide variety of homes available at Spring Creek from smaller two bedroom homes of around 1,500 square feet to five and six bedroom homes of well over 3,000 square feet. You can search here for currently available single family homes in the Kimball Junction area.
Lot sizes range from around a tenth of an acre to over .7 of an acre with most a bit above a half an acre. Spring Creek has a different feel than Blackhawk Station just to the east and does offer the advantage of some larger lots while Blackhawk Station has a bit more of a traditional suburban feel to it as well as a nicely manicured centrally located park flowing through the subdivision, so there is something for everybody in one of these two great developments.
There is currently just one home available in Spring Creek. It is a 4 bedroom/3 bath 2,700 square foot home priced at $419,000. One other home has sold in the past 12 months, a 4 bedroom/3 bath 2,909 square foot residence that sold for $428,100 just a week ago.
There are a wide variety of home styles available here and inventory is typically limited in this affordable community.
