Hilltown township, Bucks County,Real estate market report, June 2013

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Hiltown township in June 2013.

I looked for residential listings sold in June . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 14  homes that settled in June 2013.

The average original list price was $ 312,914

The average last list price was $307,364

The average sale price was $299,986

Highest sale price was $515,000

The lowest sale price was $ 119,900

The average days the homes were marketed was 44

The average settled price to original price ratio 96.45

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 97.64%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
