Amherst, Bedford, Hollis, Hudson, Manchester, Milford, Merrimack, Mont Vernon, Nashua, New Boston,

We have an uptick of 5-10 increase in units sold over the same period last year...

Again, real estate is local and as you can see from different towns, the data bounces around...

July and August at Brin Realty are VERY VERY strong for closings, if the rest of the market is seeing this, we could see a stronger surge in 3rd quarter sales...And of course the increase in interest rates should bring more buyers into the market that will "pull the trigger."

This is a nice increase in sales, I'm glad to see it....

Now let's see what happens to prices...
