- Narragansett RI real estate home sales skyrocketed in May and shrunk a bit in June. Even the Narragansett luxury home market was not making waves with no waterfront homes sold. However, the homes that did sell went in almost half the time this month. Which means right price, condition and location were the winning sold homes.
- Breakdown of the 17 Narragansett RI home sales in June is as follows: 4 homes sold under $300,000, 7 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000 and 6 homes sold over $400,000. In June, the $300,000 - $400,00 home was the one that generated the most buying interest.
Narragansett RI Real Estate Market Update June 2013
Home sales were down by 23% this month over the prior month and homes sold on average within 3 months. The Narragansett RI home sales market has slowed a bit for the summer in 2013. Pending home sales continue to rebound upwards with pending sales 47% higher than the prior month. Home sales though are down 29% over June 2012. This town's real estate home sales has been up and down but is still strong.
