Lower Southampton township, Bucks County,Real estate market report, June 2013

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Lower Southampton township in June 2013.

I looked for residential listings sold in June . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 24 homes that settled in June 2013.

The average original list price was $ 270,571

The average last list price was $262,609

The average sale price was $253,096

Highest sale price was $375,000

The lowest sale price was $ 100,900

The average days the homes were marketed was 72

The average sale price to original list price ratio is 93.33

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 96.71%

The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
