A Bargain for Home Buyers in Salt Lake City, Utah: It's Time to Come Out of Hibernation

Just like the grizzly bear foraging for the winter months to find his way into hibernation, when the fall of 2007 approached many home buyers, they too filled their tummies full (media coverage of the real estate market) and went into hibernation to sleep it off until things warmed up a bit.

Well it's warming up Utah home buyers and with all the advantages provided for you to purchase a home in Utah, it's time to get out and start searching for your new home, whether you already live in Salt Lake City or you're relocating to Hill AFB for a new job.

Julie- I just love your creativity on this relo package and the judges as I said before are looney if they don't choose you as the winner of the contest. Your vision and the manner of these posts you are doing are the best I have seen.

Salt Lake City has the lowest unemployment out of all the metro cities too! That is a good thing.

Julie, with so many BRAC relocations to Hill AFB, I'm glad to see that mention. Newcomers AND current Salt Lake City residents will be in good hands when they choose you as their real estate agent.

This is a great post about buyers hibernating!! Time to wake up after a long restful nap and find that bit of honey!! I am confidant you are the one to lead them right to the golden spot!! Bravo.

Julie... what a great analogy... we are starting to see some bears come out of hibernation here too... This is a great piece and really shows that good things are happening in your area. To be number one in a poll is always good (especially when the lower the number the better!)
