Deb - It is really nice to showcase the other professionals in your state who can help clients understand why Texas is a great place to be.

My family and I will just pile into the car and drive the backroads. We have ended up in some unusual cities, but no matter what direction that we take to leave Houston, we will find some beautiful spot, and a good place to eat. We will just keep driving until we are too tired to move on, so then we find a place to stay. You really will find various sights in this state.

I'm originally from NY and have traveled across the country. I've made Padre Island (Corpus Christi), Texas my home since 1997. Texas is by far an INCREDIBLE state! The people are extremely friendly in Texas!

I LOVE the beach weather here. Nearly all year round, we can hit the beach any time and shorts weather to boot! Yahoo!

That's beautiful Kim! I love Padre Island myself...in fact there's a restaurant there that was serving all you can eat snow crab legs and when hubby and I were there it's the only place I would go! For dinner that it...

The sunsets there a lovely as well and I've enjoyed four wheeling to about mid island. I found lots of shells and goodies. Later in the rain~Deb
