The average priced sold home was $473,459 at 94% of list price. Home sales are up by 55% over May. Home inventory is up by 1 home still giving choices to home buyers. Again this real estate market is one of the few RI home markets that is a 'balanced' real estate market between buyers and sellers. Home prices have risen by 5% over 2012 so continued improvement in building home equity for homeowners is occurring.
