Home sales are picking up, inventory is shrinking fast and multiple offers are coming back to the market.

Here's The Deal:

  • 309 Homes SOLD in the last 45 days!
  • 109 Homes are in CONTRACT right now!  (all inspections completed)
  • 149 Homes are UNDER CONTRACT status! (the beginning of the inspections/due diligence phase)

As far as Active for sale properties go:

  • 295 Homes for Sale that are standard/traditional sales
  • (that's right, 4)Homes for Sale are being sold as Short Sales
