Reunion Homes for Sale have seen an slight decline in value value from May to June, however inventory levels are starting to improve.


The Numbers Month to Month and Year to Year


The median sales price for ReunionHomes for Sale was $260,000 in June 2013 compared to $261,200 in May 2013and $246,116 June 2012.


The number of Reunion Homes for Sale that sold was 13 in June 2013 vs. 16 in May 2013 and 10 that sold June 2012.


There are 33 ReunionHomes for Sale that are in contract which represents 47% of the overall available inventory of 70 homes. This was a 58% under contract/pending compared to active in May.
