Single Family Homes - Schaumburg averages 46 home sales a month. Inventory is down substantially. The percentage of homes going under contract each month is 22 to 27%. Average Sold Price was $291,666 for the 2nd quarter of 2013.
Multi-Family Homes - Schaumburg averages 85 sales per month. Inventory is down even more than single family homes. The percentage of homes going under contract each month is 29 to 33% which is higher overall than single family. Average sold price was $115,666 for the 2nd quarter.
