Why dont agents want to work?  I dont understand how people enter our industry with wonderful dreams of making millions of $$$ selling real estate, then come into the office 1-2 days a week.  I have found that these are also the loudest voices when it comes to complaining and blaming the market for thier shortcomings.

 I AM grateful for technology and the ability to network with real professional real estate agents all over the country / world.  Thank you Active Rain and all of you here!

Please forgive my rant, I tried to keep it to a min. after all, I have work to do...
