Do You Believe In Real Estate?
After the so-called bubble we had in Real Estate it seems a lot of people are

scared to go back into the Real Estate Market.
That is really a pity.
Real Estate is the basis of all real wealth in the world, now and at all times in

the past.
Companies, and their stock shares, come and go. Even businesses that you

and your family control are subject to the FASHION CYCLE. Nothing lasts

forever, except real estate.
Maybe you invest in GOLD. Gold is a great STORE OF VALUE, but it does not

produce income or wealth all by itself. Real Estate does.

Reasons

You can live on the real estate, you can produce crops on the real estate, you

can develop the land to produce income, you can rent out the land, you can

hold real estate for future appreciation.
Through all the ups and downs in the economy, the value of real estate has

continued to go up. Temporary set-backs are just that - temporary.
The Dutch bought Manhattan Island from the indians for about $28.00. How

would you like to get a deal like that today?
"Deals" are everywhere if you just know where to look. And 100 years from

now future generations are going to say "why couldn't I get a deal like that?"
They too can get a deal like that, because time, inflation, population growth,

and other demand factors are going to force prices through the roof (by our

perspective).
I'll ask you again, "Do you believe in Real Estate?" I sure do.
