Can I Use My Keyword Too Much in a Blog Post?
This blog post by Karen Berg was reviewed by Bob Stewart. The things he recommends improving were: think about how the consumer would search for your topic - would anybody type your keyword phrase into a search engine?; If you have evergreen info, dont use dates in the keywords because that gives them an expiration date; and dont use your keyword phrases too much. If you are using your keyword phrase more than 3-5 times (how about more than 20 times?) the search engines might consider it keyword stuffing.

Bold Titles Can Actually Scare People Away!!!
Some people are under the impression that using special characters, lots of exclamation points (!!!!!) and lots of details will encourage views. But that can do just the opposite. If you give specific information in the title of your blog you could exclude someone that might not be looking for that specific home, service, etc. when what you really want is to get them to your blog post so you can get them searching for homes on your website and capture them as a lead. Make sure you use anchor text for your deep links that tell them exactly where they are going.
