Home Matters is stepping up our marketing game and it is based around the idea of helping market our real estate partners. For nearly a decade we have been helping sellers and Realtors in the Indianapolis area prepare their home for market, now we are also helping spread the love by promoting the agents who use our services by providing links on blogs, showcasing the listings on our YouTube Channel, Houzz, Facebook, Gogole Plus and other sites.
Letting Indianapolis sellers know about the Real Estate Agents who use home staging
Thanks to HGTV, home staging is now a common word. While it may still be underutilized in the real estate market, most people at least know what staging is. This means that more investors and home owners are searching for these services than ever before. Because of that fact, often home stagers are the first point of contact for those considering selling their home. This means that unlike years ago where home stagers relied on Realtors to sell our services, often it is we who can direct sellers to the Realtor who will eventually list their home.
Our 2013 Indianapolis Home Statistic page now lists the Realtor and Brokerage company, along with the staged address, list date, staged date, contract date, and number of days on market. Each staged property is then linked to a page that has a YouTube video, property description, photos of the staged home, and map - all of this again linking back to the Realtor who listed the property.
Our goal is to help our Realtor partners get found on the internet when viewers are looking in these areas are to buy or sell. We believe this is just another way of paying back for the loyal relationships that we have had over the past 10 years.
