GRAYSON COUNTY MARKET REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2013
So here we go this last month was awesome here in Grayson county or what we call Texoma. There were 115 single family properties sold in the month of June 2013.
The price points for the sold properties were 18.7k all the way up to 715k.
The average days on market at little as 2 days and up to 1533 for the average amount of 118 days. The average list to sales price was 94 percent of the list price. Which means a seller was willing to give up 6% of the sales price.
Several of the sellers gave down payment assistance which means they paid part of the buyers closing costs. Buyers will be asking for this so Texoma Sellers let's talk about what it is and why the buyer asks for it.
