Stop and Smell the Flowers, and the Hodags

stop to smell the flowers

Sometimes you have to take a break from looking at the valuable trees and stop for a few minutes to enjoy the little things, a daisy, a handful of blueberries, or ......

A Hodag.

If you know of anyone looking for an exception crew of Foresters to inventory, appraise or manage a forest....  Remember, when only the best will do, count on the WMS crew.

Hi Bob,  What are the MPG for that Hodag?  In this day of rising fuel prices, we all need to consider cost saving measures.  Thank you for the blog and enjoy your breaks whenever you get the chance - they don't even have take too long!

The Daisies are a wonderful and natural gift from mother nature but I was wondering what a Hodag was, then I scrolled down and now I know. Looks like some fun.

Have a great day Bob.

What the  heck are Hodags? Is it that sculpture you are standing next to? AND Yes! We do need time to look at the flowers and blueberries even if they are in the supermarket!

Hi Bob - That's a nice looking Hodag, even if it is a bit on the small side.

Thanks for stopping buy Friends!

i hope you all get a chance to stop and smell the flowers this weekend.

If you do happen to smell a hodag then it might not be such a stressfree weekend, they can be kind of scary. Hodag sightings are rare since they hide deep in the swamps of Northern Wisconsin and seldom come out of hiding, unless a forester brings along the right lunch and is willing to share.
