River Landing homes range in size from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet. River Landing lot sizes range from one-third to one-acre home sites. There is 125 acres of passive green space and a bike trail. For an additional fee, residents can have access to the swimming pool at Legends Ridge.

River Landing is zoned for Williamson County Schools and students attend Walnut Grove Elementary, Grassland Middle and Franklin High School.
