Then There Was Rain | Heat Wave Broken in RI

Ginny: I bet the rain is a welcomed relief.  We are wanting just the opposite in middle GA...too much rain in the past 45 days!

Ginny, glad to hear the temperatures are more tolerable and hopefully less humidity!     Sure wish we could get some of that rain!

It's either been too hot and humid to do anything in my area or it's been raining and flooding.  There is no happy medium.

Ginny, We are getting rain too. It actually has been storning but a little of that is welcomed after 100 degree temps this week. Have a good week.

I actually went outside and got drenched, the rain felt fabulous. It was a welcome release, as I can do without all the air conditioning.

Thank goodness. This heat has been unbearable.  I think here it's supposed to be mid 80's all week.  That will seem cool compared to what we've just experienced.

Pleasant weather improves the overall well-being of any community. Take advantage of the great conditions  and do a little gardening.

You got that right Ginny! These heat has been horrendous. Record heat and humidity make it stiffling. I too, am looking forward to the relief this week.  Highs to be in the mid 80's, great relief.

Ginny we got Rain yesterday but not today.  Finally that heat wave is gone and it is comfortable again.  Hope it stays this way for a while.

Comfortable warm weather... and back to the waterfront for picnics again this week. Love the summer!!
