Well, it's been a fun and busy week here in our nation's Capitol. My new bionic knees seem to be pretty much up and running (still room for a little improvement), but they are no longer getting in the way of doing business in a town with lots of 4-level row houses. But it wasn't too busy to read a bunch of blog posts, and here are some that I really liked:
Gary Woltal: The #1 Thing To Do For Effective Prospecting This is food for thought for those of us who are thinking that passive prospecting will do the trick.
Paula Hathaway: TIPS TO SELL YOUR SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE HOME: Of course, you can substitute anyplace for "Southampton Village". Great staging ideas!
Carie Shapiro: Best Way To Network & Prospect? So Simple Even A 4-Year-Old Can Do It. Carie learned great lessons early in life!
Kristine Ginsberg: Staged to Sell: Before/After Photos Kristine does a wonderful job, both with her staging and with her photos
Mike Cooper: Remember that blog you wrote two years ago . . . Well, if you forgot about it, you might just get a fun reminder!
Myrl Jeffcoat: The Colorful Past of Fiddletown in California Gold Country This one looks like a wild west movie set.
Mitch Muller: I Fired a Client Today, Was That Bad? Mitch shares a most effective time management technique with us.
Jeff Dowler: Buyer Tips - 6 Things Carlsbad Home Buyers Need to Know This is another one with great advice for buyers everywhere.
Chris Ann Cleland: What is That 50% Commission Rebate Costing You Mr. & Mrs. Buyer? This is one of the "You get what you pay for" posts.
And Maureen Bray: Portland Home Stager Featured in Angie's List Magazine June 2013 How cool is that?
So this is it for another week! I'll see you back here next Sunday.
