LAKE ANNA RESIDENTS SOMETIMES NEED ENCOURAGEMENT TO ENJOY THE LAKE

By
Real Estate Agent with Dockside Realty VA 0225142975

Lake Anna residents sometimes need encouragement to enjoy the lake. I'm fortunate as I have a personal assistant. As a REALTOR busy listing and selling properties year round it helps to have help.

What my personal assistant is best at is reminding me that I need to take time off once in a while so that I am refreshed and ready to go when the next client needs me. When I resist this advice, my assistant knows how to be very persistent and knows how to get my attention. The photo below proves my point.

Lindy, My Personal Assistant at Lake Anna, VA

Lindy, My Personal Assistant

All work and no play is an old adage that has much truth to it. Lindy firmly believes in it and urges me to leave my computer when she feels it is time to play.

Believe me, she is hard to ignore especially when she makes eye contact with me. I try at times to ignore her but it seldom works. When Lindy wants me off the computer she has very persuasive ways to make sure that happens.

There are times that Lindy decides that it is time to hit the dock. That means grabbing the camera, a cold drink (for both of us) and off we go down the path to our dock. It takes but moments for me to feel relaxed and before you know it I am refreshed and ready to get to work again. Lindy sometimes allows that and than there are other times she encourages me to chill out for a bit longer especially if she is comfortably lying down on my lap.

Perhaps you have your own Lindy. If so, take your personal assistant's lead and make sure to have enough time to enjoy some down time. We are living in a wonderful place and sometimes I realize that I spend too much time telling others about it when I should be living it too.

Lindy and I have decided that by posting more photos of fun times at Lake Anna along with pictures of the beautiful homes that surround the lake it will encourage more folks to contact me. We are going to let Lake Anna sell itself.

Are you sold yet? If not, here are some posts that might tempt you.

Hi Barbara...Yes, those eyes sure do plead her case very effectively. She knows I'm a goner when she gives me that look, especially when she puts her head on the keyboard and makes it tough to type. Smarty!
