Very sharp looking property Brian, excellent photos (both here and in the original posting). I don't know Chicago real estate prices, but this seems like a solid value compared to our condo/townhome prices for comparable size.

A similar home two doors away, is currently being built. It has similar size, but parking for one car only (however that is in a garage). Obvioulsy it will be brand new construction, but that home is priced at $725K. So really, this home is a great value. I love the idea that someone can purchase it now and move in immediately without needing any work. However, there are also enough small things you can do to increase the value of the property over time and keep the home on pace with the new construction values.
