The June Market Watch for the Village of Kings Contrivance in Columbia MD is in. I’ll provide numbers for the month followed by the year-to-date (YTD) figures and conclude by looking at the entire zip code with a comparison to last year.
There were a total of 13 units that sold last month: 5 single family homes with an average sales price of $458,980 and the average days on the market was 17 days; 6 townhomes sold with an average sales price of $ 276,466 and the average days on the market was 16 days; 2 condos sold at an average sales price of $194,850 and the average days on the market was 16 days.
However, when reviewing YTD numbers for the neighborhood Village of Kings Contrivance, it appears as though most of the homes sales were townhomes with YTD sales of 23 units and average price of $275,017 and the average days on the market was 29 days; single family homes was a close 2nd with 18 units sold at an average price of $427,278 and the average days on the market was 34 days; finally, the YTD number of condos that sold were 6 units with an average price of $166,067 and the average days on the market is 29 days.
