Better cover that dryer vent, the home is vacant
Dryer vents come with a flapper cover that opens when the dryer is on. When this cover is missing, you essentially have a hole in your wall. Inspects, birds, and rodents can easily enter your home. If the home is vacant, a lot of bad things can happen before ever being noticed.
