The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles. It is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community. It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer. The Town of Parker is approximately 20 square miles.

Home sales in Parker for the month of June showed another month of strong sales with an average 45 days on market. The average sales price was $382,043 and sellers saw 98.6% to list price. There were 229 properties sold (up from from 230 in May) total sales of single detached family homes. Real estate in Parker is seeing great sales going into the summer season.

Sales from $200,001 to $300,000 - 77
Sales from $300,001 to $500,000 - 117
Sales from $500,001 to $999,999 - 25
Sales $1,000,000+ - 4
As of today, there are 348 active detached single family homes (up from 347 in June) of which 4 are bank owned and 8 are short sales. There are 371 showing under contract/pending. While inventory numbers have not changed much, the properties U/C have decreased significantly (decreased from 453 to 371). Parker is showing a bit of a slowdown.
Sales data is relevant when you look back six months.
Days on market remained stable in June.
