Let's keep the whole rate issue into perspective shall we?
Historically the average rates for the last 40 years has been 8.69%....hmmmmm... that's making our current rate pretty darn good huh? Actually until about 2008, the average rate from 2003 to 2008 was 6.06%....once again making our current sub 5% rate very good indeed.
With the little bump in rate in the recent past, let's not worry too much.
