What is the Job of a Sacramento Real Estate Agent?

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

Sacramento real estate agent gardening in Land ParkSee, I never ask myself that question, what is the job of a Sacramento real estate agent, because I know the answer. It's to close escrow and keep everybody happy while doing it. Sometimes, agents want to complicate the situation and toss wrenches into negotiations, stomp feet, storm out the door, and that kind of reaction doesn't solve anything. I see it happen, though, day-in and day-out.

The people that negotiation tactic hurts the most are the clients. If a Sacramento real estate agent wants to get a purchase offer accepted, she's got to step outside of her own comfort zone and look at the Big Picture.

Elizabeth - A great perspective on how a Sacramento real estate agent can hurt the negotiation, or escrow process for their client.

Morning Elizabeth staying in your comfort zone is not going to get you anywhere.  I guess that's why I just don't stay there and push myself every day.
