Thank You San Jose Real Estate Agent For Being So Unresponsive!
We hear about this everyday ... San Jose real estate agents, and agents around the globe that do not return phone calls or respond to emails. We call on listings to get information and scheudle showings and get no response or "voice mailbox is full."
This even happens when we are in a transaction with an agent. You would think the agents level of responsibility would increase once they are in a transaction but that is not always the case. I've been involved with transactions when the other agent took a vacation and did not have anyone covering for them while they were away from their business.
As sad as it sounds to say this ... its more then norm than the exception when an agent is unresponsive. At least that is my experience in my San Jose real estate market.
There are times when an agent's lack of responsiveness can benefit someone else. For example, when clients get sick and tired of the agent's lack of responsiveness, fire their agent, and hire another agent.
I recently closed a transaction because the agent my client was working with was not returning calls, not responding to emails, and not responding to showing requests. The buyer was well qualified and motivated. She got fed up, searched the Internet for a San Jose real estate agent, found me, called me, and the rest as they say, is history. I now have another raving fan.
Thankfully my client got to experience buying a San Jose home for sale with a true professional who listened to her needs and made her a priority. Despite all the good that I brought to the experience we did deal with a listing agent that was very unresponsive right down to the closing and beyond. As much as I would have preferred not to work with that listing agent, it was not an option because she had the listing to the home my client wanted.
My client is a happy and satisfied client and proud homeowner. That means I've done my job well.
Don't wait until you are fed up with your agent before you call me. Save yourself the time and frustration and call me first. Call 1-408-972-1822 to discuss how I can help you buy or sell a San Jose home.
