Year to Date Windemere Activity thru June 2013:
- 5 Condos with an average of 16 days on the market and an avrage price of $571,000. This compared to 2012 Windemere condo sales was an increase of 29% of the average price of $446,928.
- 13 Town homes sold with an average sales price of $634,317 up a whopping 42% over 2012 average sale of $446,464.
The Windemere town home market has come back strong with the price of single family detached homes on average now priced at $956,464. The town homes are well designed and range in size from 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1605 square feet to over 2000 square feet. These are attractive to first time home buyers, because of affordability and puts them in the desirable Windemere schools.
